Am i pregnant ADVICE PLEASE ?

sorry for asking again but i just like advice from people who dont know me.. iam a week late for my period (tommorow) and i have took 5 pregnancy tests and they are all negative except from two they had very very very faint lines i had to look at them in really good light to notice them proply i dont think they are evaporation lines as i looked at this straight away. i have sore area around nipples, belly cramps, urine alot and tiredness i have been to my doctor and they told me to go for a blood test in a weeks time but iam very inpatient..
