Atheists, how do you explain the obvious fine tuning of the universe?

They can't. The second law of thermodynamics is against the organization of the universe. It explains that the entropy (how chaotic something is) of the universe is always leading to chaos unless there is an intervention (divine?) to create organization, the likes of which can be reached from evolution.
