I have a rash on my back/spine (about the size of a 50 cent piece)?

So I went to the docs and she said I have shingles (she got another doc to check and he said shingles straight away). But I wanted a second option so I went to another doc and he said it was a cold sore (I thought cold sore only appeared on the face???) The rash burns - actually my whole back feels Itchy/burning, the rash has little white dots and is raised and red. Does anyone know the difference between the two? I have never had a cold sore before - but I know one of my friends always gets them (maybe I accidently shared her drink). I have been very stressed lately and I have had the chick pox before....??? I’m only 26 and health….!!!

Need help for painful white gums right side of face?

I have swollen painful gums just on the right side of the lower molars. It started yesterday but today I woke up and the gums are white and swollen and look like canker sores! The rest of my mouth is fine. I'm not sure but it looks like I may be getting a tiny cavity so don't know if that has anything to do with it. But my ear and throat on the right side are painful too. I'm on vacation so need some remedy for now, any suggestions until I get home? Any idea what it could be? I can't find anything online like this. THANKS!

I got a cold sore a few days ago its really dry but maybe too dry?

Well its just about on its last phase but my lips are so dry, iam afraid to put on something like lip-Blam because then when its moist it inflates again (filled with puss too) i dont know what to do the dryness is so irritating! Is there anyway to make my lips feel better but not make the blister worst?

I hurt my ankle 2-3 days ago, what could be the problem?

About 2-3 days ago I put too much pressure on the left side of my ankle (you know where the bone sticks out) I kind of jumped when I done it and it's been really sore ever since. It doesn't look bruised and I don't think its swollen but it's pretty sore and now, when I try to walk properly my foots clicks... The pain is going right up to my knee and my foot/ankle feels heavy and weird. I don't want to go see a Doctor unless it's swollen but what do you think could be the problem?

Pregnant cat wont stop over grooming.?

I found a stray cat about 12 weeks ago, which we thought was pregnant, she hasnt had them yet as the vet said she had 3 weeks left of her pregnancy, 4 weeks have since passed, and no kittens! The problem is she is over grooming herself constantly! which is making her skin sore, and scabby. Are there any treatments i can buy to help this? She going back to the vet next week but i would like to try help stop the over grooming before this as her skin looks awful, she also pulling her hair out which i no is normal for a pregnant cat?
