A movie with futuristic spiders?

Okay, so I remember seeing a movie, a few years back, and I only remember a few elements, but it's killing me not remembering the title. In it, I think, although I am not sure, that Jude Law or someone like him is the main guy. I remember this little place or something people are trapped on and spiders, little things, are being like put on them to control their brains, if I am unmistaken. The guy tries to escape with a girl and it shows the spiders infiltrating everywhere, like an apartment. Seriously, maybe Im off my rocker, but all I know is the spiders happened for sure. I think they were blue. I need to know! lol! please help:)
