Mouth sores in mouth, very weird! please help please & thank you!?

I have a blister type sore in my mouth, and the skin is really white, and i have a few. I also have another one that looks like a scab on it but its like blackish/dark reddish but it dont feel like a scab! im also sexually active, and have had oral sex, please help. What do u think this is?
