I want to customize a guitar neck for my choir director. Where would be a good place to go?

I want to have an inlay put on the neck of a guitar that says, "Peace, Love, Music, and Happiness" with corresponding symbols (a peace sign, a heart, a treble clef, and a smiley face) and his name (or initials) on the neck of a guitar. Where would be the best place to get this done. Or where would be the best place to find the tools to do this myself (I've heard it's not a difficult process)?
