I just got my septum pierced yesterday aaaand?

it's REALLY sore today and the balls on my jewelry aren't helping much. Is there anything I can do or anything to make it less sore? And is taking a few Q-Tips dipped in Saline Solution and cleaning the area okay for cleaning?
