I have a pool party but I'm on my period?

Iv been through the same problem that you are going through. Iv missed pool parties and not gone swimming. So I was going to a pool party and I got by period that day. Iv never worn a tampon before that day. I was scared to do it at first to but you just gotta do it. Don't let your period stop you from having fun. Just use a tampon and then you'll be fine. Trust me it dosnt hurt just take it out 4hours later. Don't do it too early or it will. Use it!!!! Good luck(:
