How many milligram of Painkillers (ibuprofen, Advil, Tylenol) can affect me?

I am 14 and a half, and i just had 4 of my wisdom teeth removed a week ago, they told me that painkillers are there if i needed them, i've been taking ibuprofen 800 mg for the pain. but my mom told me that if you take too much just to take it, you could really damage some stuff. There is no more ibruprofen left but, if i take tylenol now, will it affect anything? i'm still in like sore pain, in my jaw, and i usually take it before i sleep because it hurts when i wake up. Is antibiotics still required?
