Cell phone buttons work wrong buttons?

I have a Samsung SGH-A737 and it was dropped in water. Well I got the phone to turn on and I find out the buttons aren't working the corresponding key. Like the 4,5,6, row works the 1,2,3 row and the 7,8,9 row works the 4,5,6 row. And the volume button works two on the numbers. How do I fix this?
