Are we to believe that government runs so efficiently that the only place to cut ONE PERCENT is in social?

Anyone who believes that crap WANTS to believe it. Or they're totally clueless as to how MASSIVE and wasteful government is these days. Here's one tiny example.. remember those 'stimulus project signs'.. well some of them cost tax payers $10,000 for one frigging sign! Now multiply that type of theft a million times and you'll start to get the picture.
